Article 1: Purpose

The purchase of a product or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order. Prior to any transaction, the buyer declares that the purchase is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use.

AEP reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with changes in regulations or to improve the use of the site. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2: Products or Services

The products and services offered are those which appear on the AEP website within the limits of available stocks. AEP reserves the right to modify the range of products and services at any time. The products and services are presented by a description and/or a photo, which are not binding on the seller.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. AEP reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order is the only price applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include any delivery charges, which are subject to the conditions of dispatch by the Post Office or any other carrier.

Article 4: Order and Payment Terms

The buyer agrees with AEP on the most appropriate method of payment, depending on the value of the order, the country of destination, or any other criterion.

Secure payment by credit card (via the STRIPE system): the buyer can use the STRIPE system which offers advanced security for payment by credit card. The process is similar to most e-commerce payments. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer will act in accordance with the conditions in force in the country and the issuing bank.

AEP will confirm the registration of the order to the buyer by e-mail.

Article 5: Retention of Title

AEP retains ownership of the products and services sold until payment has been received, including charges and taxes.

Article 6: Withdrawal

The buyer has a right of withdrawal within the limits set out in the French Consumer Code.

Article 7: Delivery

Delivery times, if provided by the seller, are given as an indication only and may vary greatly depending on the country of destination and the carrier. AEP will provide the buyer with a parcel tracking number, if available. The risks associated with transport are borne by the buyer as soon as the order is dispatched.

Article 8: Warranty

The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee provided by the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity, the product may be returned to AEP, which will take it back, exchange it, or reimburse it. Complaints may be made within thirty days of delivery.

Article 9: Liability

AEP is only bound by an obligation of means in online sales. It may not be held liable for any damage resulting from an external cause, such as malicious intent or malfunction in the use of the Internet network.

Article 10: Intellectual Property

The products and services sold remain the exclusive intellectual property of AEP.

Article 11: Personal Data

AEP undertakes to protect the information provided by the buyer in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible here.
